"First Class Service"

I had the misfortune to have to attend the A & E Department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading with a suspected heart problem. From the Reception through to the Consultant I can honestly say that the care, treatment and thoroughly comprehensive investigation was second to none. All the staff in the Department were friendly and efficient. Of course there was some waiting but this was minimal and I was kept fully informed of progress. The organisation of the Department appeared to be well managed.
