I attended the day surgery unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital to have a lesion removed from the bridge of my nose. David (who carried out the procedure) and Susan were really lovely and friendly and made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process.
David and Susan are truly the NHS at it's very best.
