What I liked

With the exception of one of the A&E doctors who was somewhat rude and insulting (didn't like my questions about my test results - all courteously put - which he indicated were rather above his head} all else was A1; expecially the personable and charismatic ambulance teams involved whose service was so prompt, efficient, caring, and, not least, cheerful, it was simply unsurpassable! Likewise the doctor's!

What could be improved

The doctor concerned should have kept his 'cool' instead of, apparently, resorting to the old adage 'attack is the best form of defence' - particularly when dealing with a, possibly seriously ill, patient!

The tea could have been hot rather than warm....

Anything else?

More consistency over patient notes, one team on one occasion gave me copies, the others didn't.
