What I liked

i attended a/e after a nasty fall injuring my face and hand, i am 90 years old and after the 999 call was made, the ambulance arrived within 5 minutes and from the journey to a/e and my duration there i was treated with upmost kindness and respect,the ambulance crew, the nurses and the lovely doctor who stitched my hand,i wish to express my sincere thanks to you all.

the a/e staff are amazing, such a busy unit and they all maintain to keep warm smiling faces,well done and thankyou
