About: IC24 Northampton

(as a service user),

I attended an IC24 unit in Northampton, for a bad chest. I was inspected and asked lots of questions, then diagnosed. I was given great advice and a prescription for a chest infection, I now feel a lot better and this is thanks to the staff at the centre, thanks : )

I would have definitely got a lot worse as I have no doctor to go to and didn't want or feel like the A&E was the correct option.

So I would like to say thanks to the staff for making me better: )
