"Had facial surgery and stayed for two nights"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital / Maxillo-Facial surgery

(as the patient),

I have never felt so unimpressed with a department. I feel l have been treated disgustingly from day one!

Nurses not knowing when you last took medication, I have been given three lots of codeine in 5 hours. Have double vision and being sent home with paracetamol. I have been spoken to like a child by a senior member of the ward staff and doctors just want the bed!

On the up side the ward is clean and cared for but patients are clearly at the bottom of some of these care professionals list! The food is disgusting, paperwork is being filled out by patients because nurses aren't.

Absolutely disgusting I will not be returning to this hospital again my local hospital is 150% better than here, at least you're not treated like a child.
