I was seen an hour late for my eye appointment for an appointment that was made two weeks prior. The eye doctor who saw me was very rude, no self introduction. He ordered me to place my chin on a stand, and poked my eye. I was in so much pain because of that.
No apologies from that doctor. He then promised to refer me for an eye operation but never did as I found this out after I had been waiting for four weeks for an appointment. How this awful practice in "developed country" I don't know. I am a tax payer and have always paid my taxes and my NI.
