I attend the glaucoma clinic on a Tuesday morning. I have been attending this clinic for about 4 years now. I attend every 6 months as I have a field test each time as there was a concern about this. However this time my appointment has been cancelled about 3 times. I received a letter with a number to call at the top to rebook this. The phone rings constantly no one answers and it goes to a voicemail that is full. How do I get an appointment as it's been cancelled so many times I should not have to wait !
Also my consultant apppears to have left.
I have been in touch with PALS who told me they would get the manager to contact me. Still waiting !
This is unacceptable. Management and communication is appalling.
My eyesight is very precious to me.
