"EPS and Ablation"

I was booked in for an EPS and Ablation procedure to correct my exercise induced Arrhythmia.

I have to say that from the porter that gave me directions to ward 32 at 06.50 when I arrived to the nurse that settled me in and everybody else that I came into contact with the 'customer service' I received was outstanding.

The consultant who performed the procedure and his team in the 'Cath Lab' were just so friendly, caring and professional.

I can't praise them highly enough.

The short stay after, to recover, was also a first class experience.

Well done Glenfield 5*+ service.

And three weeks later I feel so much better and do not suffer from arrhythmia any more.
