(as a service user),

From my review over telephone to my contact for my first appointment and my last session with my therapist  an excellent AI service. I was dealt with discretely, quietly, calmly, in a relaxed manner which enabled my environment to be unobtrusive on the care and service I needed and received. My therapist was respectful, professional, polite and recalled everything from our previous sessions which made me feel listened to and important. Our sessions helped me learn and turn a corner and come out the other side, more mentally stable, reassured of the world and people around me and in a much better place.

I don't think we could hope for a more positive example of personal experience at Inclusion Thurrock than yours...!!!!!

I'm ever so pleased that you now feel in a better place and more able to cope with the world. However, your story also captures the journey through treatmnet so very well.

Each aspect, from your initial contact and how we register and offer an assessment, through treatment and its content and of course how you are treated with respect and openness are all vital in the overall process of treatment and your sense of self.

You taking the time to give us this feedback is important to us as well as those other readers who will inevitably gain much courage from your words and may now be enabled to seek support for themselves.

Thank you so much once again from all the team at inclusion Thurrock and we wish you all the very best for the future.
