I was rushed into hospital in March and was operated on the following morning.
I had a large tumour in my brain, i was not aware that i was sent down to theatre my surgeon dealt with my problem and saved my life. I had been very poorly for a number of months up to this date.
The nursing staff on Ward 40 had their work cut out as i was having bad side effects to the steroids they had given me for the swelling in my brain. The nurses were very understanding and supportive even though i was having trouble understanding what was happening to me at the time.
I was moved to ward 4 a few days after, where they also were very well trained in this area of care. I am so grateful for their affection and support towards me while i was very poorly.
Thank you all day and night staff.
