"Waiting for a CT scan"

About: Priory Hospital

For an organisation that is aware that people come to them at a time of extreme anxiety and worry, I have concerns that the identified publicity ‘you will be seen in 48 hours is clearly laughable’. I have made numerous phone calls since Wednesday trying to gain an appointment for a CT scan, but still no joy. The responses from those answer the calls from this unit are yes someone is going to call you shortly, To you will be called by the end of the day.two and a half days later still no appointment. Clearly this cannot be appropriate for a service you are paying a considerable can it

We're very sorry to hear you've not received good communication from our imaging department. If you would like to discuss this matter further we would be happy to help. Please feel free to contact Elizabeth Clayton on elizabeth.clayton@bmihealthcare.co.uk

Kind regards,
