After not being able to get an appointment the same day I called the following day for an appointment and was told that all appointments had been taken by 8:13. I then called back and asked for an emergency doctors contact and was told about a cancellation which I was pleased about. I am very pleased about how the doctor listened to what was wrong and the advice that was given. However there was a staff outside that was very rude about a parking situation which I was very apologetic for as I couldn't see the sign to say it was staff only as it had been rubbed off the Tarmac. However she was very rude!!

I am sorry if you felt I dealt with you in a rude manner, that really was not my intention. I was concerned that if you did it in the future you may get blocked in by one of our doctors or nurses and you would have been stuck waiting for maybe up to an hour.

I have installed a notice on the wall since your comment advising patients not to park beyond the sign.
