"Terrible Service!"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

I visited the Leicester Royal Infirmary eye clinic back in the beginning of October 2017 and i was referred for a scan with a follow up in 3 months. Well it is now 22nd March and I have not heard from anybody regarding the scan or follow up! I now have very limited sight and getting very concerned. I called the hospital only to be passed from one person to another to another!

Does anybody in our NHS service do as they say they will anymore??

I have been diagnosed with various other health issues but I have never been referred back to anybody for these. I'm just left suffering in pain permanently!

What is it that we actually pay our taxes for? It certainly isn't for a good NHS!
