"Ambulance taking me to hospital"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

The crew from Kirkintilloch arrived quickly and immediately helped me. They reassured me, calmed me down and treated me with care and compassion as I thought I might be having a heart attack. 

They got me into the ambulance and to Glasgow Royal Infirmary quickly. 

Jamie (?) kept my spirits up talking to me while he completed the paperwork to hand me over. 

Ken(?) and Jamie kept my spirits up while I waited to be seen at A&E which was very quick. 

First rate service lads I am so grateful for your care.
