I want to thank the bowel cancer screening team at Good Hope Hospital, Sutton Coldfield. I a Colonoscopy in March 2018. From the moment the Spanish nurse greeted me I felt relaxed. She put me at ease and went through the paper work and the procedure with me. The Doctor and team performing the procedure were incredible. A nurse named Emma chatted to me throughout, as did the others and she/they helped to make me feel relaxed and keep my mind off it. The nurses in the recovery area looked after me very well, even though I was only there for just over an hour, bringing me a drink and biscuits and checking I was okay.

Thank you again, they were all amazing.
