"Wonderful member of staff"

This is the best place to make an appointment in this area.  the person in question is a wonderful lady professional polite and extremely friendly, she alone is worth many staff who are low on people skills.  I enjoy my visits and help and advice form this person who is honest trustworthy and clever.  Her mane and tittle is Registrar Dr Mckenzie.  I always  feel like I have been looked after and given best advice and help.  But the main worry is you don't pass on these compliments to your over worked and under paid staff.  A department you need to improve on drastically, they are worth their weight in gold and need to feel wanted.
