(as the patient),

I recently had a basal wart removed through the Ambulatory Care Unit at the hospital. David and Helen looked after me, I cannot believe how well I was taken care of. They explained everything that they would be doing and talked through all they were doing while they were doing it so I knew what was going on. Somehow the time flew by and I was out before I knew it.
