(as the patient),

I have been using the services at WestMARC for over a year following an amputation, all the care I have received has been excellent. Vincent in particular has been very caring, He made my first prosthetic leg and recently made my second leg. Unfortunately I have developed hip and back pain for which I have had x-rays and scans which have not shown any problems. Both Vincent and my doctor have suggested I  have physiotherapy, Vincent has  worked hard to try and get this organised quickly. 

I was cared for my a young lady at WestMarc when Vincent was away on holiday, she was also very good. In fact all the staff have been great.

I am delighted to hear that you are happy with the care you have received within WestMARC and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing back and hip pain, I hope with Vincent's and your Dr's help you can access the Physiotherapy that you need and wish you well as you undertake the next part of your Rehab journey.
