"The Entire Team need retraining"

This mental health centre is a joke. The staff are very rude both to patients and other professionals supporting patients. The lack of empathy is worrying as is the apathetic attitude of ground staff. The doctors rush through sessions and do not seem to listen to patients views (or at least make a show of doing so). Very negative experience, through and through by a centre meant for mental health care. Patients are most likely leaving the centre feeling worse than they did when they came in.

Will the trust not look further into this?? Feedback has been left at the centre but it seems no changes have been made.
