I'm really sorry that you are unhappy with your treatment and care plan. I can also see that you mentioned that you are not happy with a number of things and I just want to reassure you that we want to listen to you and involve you in any way that we can based on your feedback. Tim mentioned your other posting. I hope you will be able to have a discussion at some point soon
