My gran was seen by a doctor for a routine med review. My gran has dementia and it’s been a hard couple of years plus she had just come out of hospital a week prior to this appointment.
We were given an appointment with no problems so thank you for that.
The doctor was very thorough with my gran, she was also reassuring and kind to her too. There were somethings written on the hospital discharge notes that had not been explained to us and were unclear. The doctor took the time to go through this with us and even went into the hospitals notes to chase up results that hadn’t been sent over. She reviewed everything and we left feeling very relieved and satisfied with that appointment and though we would say thank you very to the doctor for her care, we appreciate it
