What I liked

Having felt very nervous after finding a lump in my breast, the whole care I received, even from booking an emergency appointment, was excellent. All the staff in the Breast Care Unit were very friendly , and helped make a very stressful time much more manageable. There was never a time where I felt undignified, and i was informed clearly about what to expect during the time on the unit. Thankyou!

Thankyou so much to KGH and the NHS for providing a service that has allowed me to have my fears allayed after finding a breast lump - reported to the GP on Monday, and by Thurs pm have my fears of the worst relieved! Thankyou.
