"Excellent care, clean hospital."

What I liked

Having never previously had to stay in hospital and hearing lots of negative publicity about NHS hospitals i was very pleasantly supprised during my stay. The ward was exceptionally clean as were the showering facilities. The nurses were exceptional in their care of not just me but the other patients around - some who were obviously suffering from dementia so were confused and upset some of the time but the nurses and other assistant nurses looked after them very well. I noticed they did long shifts but were always very kind and caring regardless of the requests being made of them.
