"Fracture clinic"

The lady at the fracture clinic reception desk was very rude! Had an appointment at 13.30. Ilike being early for these kind of things( finding a car parking space can be challenging). I got to the desk at 13.00. To be rudly/abruptly told not checking patients in till 13.15! Patients kept arriving before this time, she would rudly/ abruptly shout no not checking in before 13.15! 13.15 came so went to check in to be then told no not checking till 13.30! Consultants dont get there till 13.30.... she then gave it five mins an shouted open now this was at 13.20! Most of the other patients that she rudly spoke to had all said she was very rude an abrupt an felt like we was school children. Its a shame as all my care i have received has been outstanding an staff have treated me with dignity an respect! Nothing was never too much they go the extra mile.
