I would like to thank all the staff of ward 12. Sadly we lost my gran last weekend on the ward. Everything was explained to us from the doctor and we were allowed to stay with my gran until the end.
The staff were very supportive and assisted throughout the night. The staff showed respect for the family and even when our other family arrived from London they were let in to sit with my gran.
A top department!

It’s always very heartening when families take the time to let us know when we’ve provided such a good service, particularly during such a sensitive time. We will, of course, share this with the team who will really appreciate such kind words.
