"They have given me my life back"

I had this procedure carried out at Dunfermline queen Margaret day surgery, having never been a patient in hospital i did not know what to expect. 

I received the best health care I could have wished for, everyone involved in my procedure, the nurses, theatre staff and surgeon were wonderful from beginning to end, I felt very vulnerable entering the hospital and all my trepidation fell away with the excellent care humour and compassion I encountered. One of the nurses even had a giggle with me as I attempted to put my mascara on an hour after my op. 

The whole ward had a positive and upbeat attitude, I was made endless cups of tea which was hugely appreciated. The ward was spotlessy clean and the lovely cleaning lady had a smile for everyone. At all times I was checked up on and made fully aware of my procedure, this was done in a professional and reassuring manner. The theatre staff were absolutely wonderful, keeping my spirits high. I cannot thank everyone involved in my care enough. I have been ill for a long time although not life threatening it has been difficult.

These people... all of them have given me my life back.
