I had my FS today and I cannot thank the staff for the excellent care I received .

Every member of staff was considerate and kind.

I was put at ease and I felt very confident that I was in safe hands. The staff clearly communicate well with each other and I was fully informed at each stage of the process.

My questions were answered and I was given time.

A big thank you to all of you.

The Endoscopy Unit and Bowel Cancer Screening team always strives to provide individualised, patient-centred care for our patients. We want them to feel that they are treated with compassion, respect and dignity and not to feel like a number in a system. These comments serve to reinforce that we are achieving this.

For the year 2017/18, we were presented with a special award for the fact that 99% of our patients said they would recommend our services to friends and family. This a real source of pride for our team, and we would like to take the opportunity to thank those who felt motivated to comment on the care they received with us. We will ensure that they are shared with all of our staff.
