"Awful treatment"

About: Preston Road Surgery

I called to register a few months back and i brought all the documents required. I ve been told that someone will call me in order to finalise the registration, moment when I'm gonna see a assistant. Nobody called me and every time when I called, the line was busy. Now, after 3 months I got a chance to speak with somebody, told me frankly to fill the forms again and to wait 3-4 weeks. I suffer of HPV and cervical cancer, even if i required for a gp to have a look at me, they said that's impossible !!!!

We have discussed this with the whole practice.

We think you may have placed comment in error - possibly for the wrong practice - as our procedure for registrations is not what you have highlighted at all.

We do not call back patients to finalise their registration.

We have a system in place where patients can register in person on the same day if you provide all the necessary documents.
