"Thanks NHS"

About: Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

I want to thank the NHS for the great treatment I received.

I don't know how, but I had injured my upper arm/shoulder and when my doctor said she would refer me to Physio at Guys & St Thomas's I thought it would be a very, very long time before I would be seen.

However, I received an appointment for the following week at the Pulross Centre in Brixton. They were great - really friendly and helpful - and reassured me that I would be able to get full movement back with the basic exercises she taught me. My treatment got even better when she asked if the Pulross Centre was convenient for me or whether Guy's was preferable. As i work just a few minutes from Guys I chose to go there and saw them every three to four weeks. After just a few sessions, my arm and shoulder felt so much better and I continue with the physio exercises at home now.

Thanks to the member of staff who helped me, I really appreciate how much you did to help me.
