What I liked
On 28/6/11 I attended the West Berks Community Hospital in Thatcham for a carpal tunnel release operation . Firstly I want to say thank you to the secretary for fitting me in so soon as the pain was becoming chronic. The care and attention I received was excellent and I want to thank all the staff that attended to me on the day, It was really nice that the anaesthetist and the consultant came to me and discussed what would be happening,. Everybody was really jolly and it was a pleasurable experience and I would also like to thank a nurse who bought me coffee and toast after my recovery. I have been recommending your Hospital to friends and colleagues , in fact this feels a little like leaving a comment on Trip advisor , I clearly need a holiday !!
Kind Regards
Clare Annal
