"Excellent expert care received from..."

What I liked

The staff demonstrated expert knowledge an skills throughout my stay in hospital. I was well informed every step of the way. The staff were all extremely sympathetic and supportive during the treatment of my miscarriage and treated us both with the utmost dignity and respect for which we were very grateful.

What could be improved

My surgery was delayed due to an emergency situation in theatre that day. Services are clearly so stretched that there is no room for any flexibility. This is not a reflection on staff organisation but rather overall NHS funding I suspect. I was kept very well informed by nursing staff throughout this time however.
