"Great staff on Ward 14 UHND and great..."

What I liked

Ward was very clean and I was treated with respect and with the level of care that I needed. A few problems with things that could have been prevented but this was not the wards fault and a bit more communication between other services, myself and the ward would have helped them help me in a quicker and more straightforward way as the nursing staff on the ward have enough to do with people that needed more care than myself. Thanks to all the staff on the ward I was in and you have a dedicated team on that ward-the NHS are lucky to have them.

What could be improved

Communication between departments of the trust and more commucation with myself and then the staff on the ward would have not had the problems that they were presented with and my stay wouldn't have been so long then the bed would have been available for another patient.
