What I liked

Over the course of 9 months I have had many appointments with x-ray, fracture clinic, orthopaedic team and occupational therapists after initial treatment from paramedics and A&E.

At all times I was treated with dignity and respect in every way. I was especially impressed by the reactions of paramedics and A&E staff to my admission that I was extremely nervous, having had some previous bad experiences. They took this seriously and were understanding and sympathetic.

Without exception, everyone we have encountered has been efficient, friendly and caring - and I have been extremely well looked after.
