"A daunting experience to start with but..."

What I liked

A very careing and efficient organisation. Nothing too much for the nursing staff and they never forget a request. Was treated as an individual and cared for in all respects at any time of day or night. No waiting around for help it was always there. This was my third stay over a period of five years and nothing had changed, the standard is still high; I felt cared for.

What could be improved

I don't think anything should change.
