What I liked

I had two men that took care of me whilst I was having my MRI scan . they were very understanding, treat me as a woman so respectful. I am clostrophobic, they took this into consideration I have never met two men so patient. I got through the MRI scan because they were professional , in every way.

We do not give enough credit for the great work done in Weston Park Cancer hospital.

The ladies on reception , as i walked in were very friendly. We had a laught. made me feel very comfortable. A nice relaxed feeling as you walk in.

But give the two men an award, to have treat a mature lady so well. they did their job professionally, with care, and smiling and laughing and talking me through the scan made me comfortable and calmed me down. what a great team they are.

What could be improved

Only thing I thought could be done, was the ladies toilets could have done with a good clean on the lower floor as you walk towards , the MRI scan unit. not enough hand cleaner also I thought as you walked into the hospital, I was looking for them.

Anything else?

A great hospital, just needs the cleaning sorted out. then it will be the tops.

My brother had great care on the teenage cancer unit 4years ago. unfortunately they could not help him, but they looked after him fantastically up there. just donated to the unit, so come on everyone keep our teenage cancer unit open. get donating to this great hospital and unit. We need it in our area. The best cancer hospital in the country. Just think for one moment!

what would we do without it, if we got cancer?where would we go?
