Wow where to start - over the last month I can’t believe the poor patient care / follow up care provided by this organisation and receptionist team. I’m a nurse in the NHS and appreciate the pressures we are under but think I have never experience a process that clearly is putting my life at risk but I wonder how many other or many that is clear from the poor reviews. To be told you can’t book an appointment to discuss biopsy results but turn up on the day and then that might not guarantee an appointment but maybe a phone call!!!
