About: Northwick Park Hospital / Maternity

I gave birth in the delivery suite a few weeks ago and found the staff to be excellent in comparison to when I gave birth there two years ago. Got seen to promptly, very encouraging staff all the way to delivery of baby. Unfortunately we ended up with a 6 day stay on Edith ward but the staff there too were also amazing. So helpful and communicated well. Again such a difference to 2 years ago. I want to thank each and everyone there who helped me with such a positive birth story this time round. After reading all the bad reviews and after my first experience I was very apprehensive but could not praise them more this time round.

Thank you for taking the time to give us this lovely feedback. It is very heartening to hear when we get it right.

We will of course share your very kind words with the staff in the delivery suite and Edith Ward who I am sure will be very heartened to hear that their good work has been recognized in such a way.
