(as a relative),

I would like to tell everyone about my time being helped by, Bradford fast track team. from the moment my mum came home for palliative care, the fast track team sprang into action. They were not only caring and compassionate, they gave helpful advice. And nothing was too much trouble, when it came to equipment they were lightning fast. I would just like to thank all the team especially Martin for making an unbearable time much more bearable.
