"Rude receptionist and doctor."

I’ve bee using Courtside since I can remember and all I have ever had is problems, almost all receptionists are rude, I requested my blood test results to be printed off before my appointment and got refused. (I have had them printed off several times before).

The doctors all almost all the same, they cut you off mid sentence and never let you explain fully, they just tell you it’s a certain thing and don’t let you argue otherwise, I’ve been refused medication before even though I’ve been told I need it. Worst of all one of the doctors that I went to with issues that include depression I was simply told ‘you don’t look depressed’.
