What I liked
The receptionists were very polite.
What could be improved
The way the consultant actually dealt with a patient and the entire process of explaining things.
Anything else?
I felt as though I received very little guidance, help or explanations from the person who saw me. It makes me truly hesitant to attend the Urology Department at St.Helens Hospital again.
