What I liked

I have had several appointments for myself, my mother had a spinal laminectomy 4 years ago and my brother was operated on for an umbilical hernia just after my mothers surgery, so I have had many dealings with Queens Hospital. Speaking for myself and my family, I would like to add that we were treated with the utmost respect at all times, our dignity maintained and the staff were really, helpful, informative and kind. I feel I had to comment on our experiences after seeing all the negative coverage in the news lately. Thank you Queens.

What could be improved

My mother was discharged rather swiftly following her operation but I do understand the demand on surgical wards.
