What I liked

Both before and after what could have been a very frightening and unpleasant experience I felt that I was receiving the best possible care and being kept informed at all times.

I felt that I was able to ask questions and be treated in a considerate and professional manner.

I was also impressed at how promptly I was seen to, and how everything happened very speedily and efficiently.
