We visited A&E today due to my unwell brother. After seeing a triage nurse in the waiting room, it was apparent to the brilliant nurse how serious my brother’s condition was. He was wheeled inside their major cubicle where the nursing staff have told us that my brother has sepsis. Treatment was given promptly and we were updated the whole time.

Well done to the whole nursing and medical team. Although we had bad experience last time, this time it was a different care we received and I have to give credit where it is due.

Keep up the good work guys!!
