"Friendly and helpful staff"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had a melanoma removed in November and had to go back to have another possible cancerous growth removed, I was a bit nervous as the first experience wasn't great however what a difference this time as it was a different team, Kirsty and Susan who could not have been more friendly, helpful and mad the experience a whole lot better this time round

Dear Fussy,

It is kind of you to take the time to make a positive comment which I am sure the staff will appreciate.

Thank you so much for leaving such supportive feedback which I have shared with our team. I am sorry that your first experience was a difficult one but I am glad to hear that this time round you had a positive experience. It can be a very anxious time coming into hospital and we strive to provide a friendly, relaxed but professional experience and I am pleased that this is how you felt. I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again.
