Had occasion to ring 111 yesterday for advice and got an appointment with out of hours GP in Outpatients. Went in early to see Advanced Practitioner (kind of Super Nurse - lovely) who diagnosed, examined and gave medication.
Timely, professional service at all times. Very very lucky to have this hospital. Shall chain myself to the railings if they try and shut it!
PS You need to add 'Outpatients' to the Departments options.! I've had to choose A&E.
