(as a service user),

Inclusion changed my life. I always feel listened to with Joanna and she is very knowledgeable about everything it seems, makes me feel very calm and safe, even when telling me off!

I'm sure she's yet to see the last of my anxiety attacks, which she managed to support me with every time with all sorts of ninja techniques! No drugs for me in a very long time thanks to this lovely person.

Maggs super nice and coffees are also very good! ; ) What a supportive place. If in doubt.... just go, u will not regret it!

That is such a nice thing to say, thank you so much. Sounds like Joana has been extremely creative in the way she works with you!! Of course I hope your panic attacks continue to reduce and that you manage them the best you can. Ill pass this on to Joana, I'm sure she will be thrilled to read this. We try to be welcoming and we think Maggs does a great job at this.

Like I often say...we can help but the hard work is done by you! Well done and keep going.
