Tried to book my appointment, you either wait in the queue phone loop for a long time, or get a answer message where you can't leave any details. When eventually getting through I was spoken to quite rudely they refused to book my appointment as it had been too long (4weeks since letter sent) according to their procedure I am no longer entitled to be seen. Even after explaining the above and health reasons why they still refused to book an appointment despite of the consultant saying he needed to see me in his clinic.
