"Few staff members need training on how to be..."

So my mother has a server mental illness and has been sectioned and placed in here. Her family is her every thing we are all extremely close. I've came to visit my mum on a few occasions and feel staff has been brilliant most of time with us as visitors however we booked our first visit with the children her grand kids who are her world and was late due to the weather we was told there was no other bookings that day so could spend as long as we wanted in the room and it was fine that we was late we was never told about any kind of visiting hours on a weekend I have a slip in my purse stating the visiting hours are 2-5pm and 6-8pm in the week and from 10am on weekends and child visiting times were also the same. When we went in the room a member of staff sat in the corner and her attitude was utterly disgusting. She didn't smile she sat there with the world's muckiest luck on her face from start to finish, she sighed every minute loudly as if expressing slyly that she couldn't be bothered to sit on there with us and was kind of hunting for us to go. After about an hour I went and my sister stayed but 10 minutes later was told to leave as visiting hours was over at about 3:40pm. The lady didn't speak nicely or set a good view of the place. I'm left wondering when my mum has complained to me that some staff are horrible that they are like his with her and it is effecting her health. Mean to put people at ease not do this disgraceful behaviour will be requesting bsome one else if put with this lady again!
