I don’t visit often and if I do I see the Anp frankly she is far better than the doctors here! But this time I needed to see a nurse, from start to finish it was a diabolical experience, receptionist didn’t put my call on hold I could here them referring to me as she & her, and mr such a body ordering his prescription in the background I no his address name and medications!,,,, having arranged the appointment was called by a rude practice nurse as to why I booked for a particular injection??? Well because in my vaccination book your nurse had written it was due!!! The attitude was awful, I have myself worked in a gp surgery for 22 years and believe me I no the ins & outs of general practice, I do not need a lecture on Imms & vaccs. Only to have a voicemail to cancel the appointment a week later thanks I was going to cancel anyway as it seems you don’t wAnt me to have this & I don’t wAnt to come to this surgery , as since the merger it’s run like a dogs dinner it’s disgraceful to say the least.

I will consider changing gps! And I do want feed back.

Firstly we must apologise for the unfortunate experience that you have recently encountered at the surgery.

As you have expressed your dissatisfaction with several of our Clinicians, please could we ask you to contact the surgery directly to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to come in and meet with the Practice Manager to discuss your issues further.
